Process:-

In order to initiate the process for document legalization and attestation of the Educational/ Non-Educational and Commercial certificates, they are required to be attested by the State Level Legalization Department, followed by the attestation from Ministry of External Affairs and finally by the Philippines Embassy in India. Another process for MEA Attestation and Legalization involves Attestation by Home Department which is located in Mumbai (Maharashtra), followed by MEA and later by Kuwait Embassy in India.

The entire process for document attestation may take up to a maximum of 7 working days. In case of urgency or immediate action on attestation of the document, it can be done on the same day of submission provided h urgent fee deposit.
